Last updated: 12 April 2025 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meet the Flow platform ("Service") provided by Meet the Flow ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, clicking “I agree,” or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts & Eligibility • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity on your account. • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
2. Subscription & Billing • The Service is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). • Payments are processed via Stripe; we never store full card details. • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time in Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid term. • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
3. Acceptable Use You agree not to: 1. Upload malware, illegal, or infringing content. 2. Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service. 3. Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial emails (spam). 4. Misrepresent your identity or affiliation. Exceed storage or rate limits in a way that disrupts others.We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Intellectual Property • We own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, trademarks, and content (except user-generated content). • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display the content you upload solely to operate the Service.
5. Confidentiality All ticket data, attachments, and comments are treated as confidential and are shared only with users you authorize and with our staff/agents who need access to provide support.
6. Disclaimers The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, but we strive for > 99.9% uptime.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: • Indirect damages (loss of profits, data, goodwill) are excluded. • Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
9. Termination • You may stop using the Service at any time. • We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for non-payment. • Sections 4–8 survive termination.
10. Governing Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms. We’ll notify you at least 15 days in advance by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
